F1000 Large Scale Grass Tub Grinder

Our flagship F1000 tub grinder is engineered for heavy-duty forage and grain crushing on large livestock farms. Built with heavy-duty steel and a streamlined smart structure, this tub grinder features ultra-low failure rates and minimum routine maintenance beyond normal wear parts.

Equipped with 64 hammers and 8 hammer shafts, powered by tractor PTO or 90–150kW electric motor

Output capacity: 3–15 tons/hour for forage; 40–70 tons/hour for grains such as corn

M505 Drum Bale Processor

The M505 drum bale processor is specially designed for dry forage processing. We extended the drum length to 1800mm, so it can handle round bales up to 1500mm and square bales up to 1200mm for wider farm applications.

Rotor driven by tractor PTO; drum runs via hydraulic motor with adjustable drum speed to match your target output

Fitted with 40 cutlery steel hammers and 4 stainless steel cutters for clean straw processing

Hourly capacity: 2.5 tons/h, max discharge distance up to 8 meters

Trailed Hose Reel Irrigation Machine

Our large trailed hose reel irrigation machine delivers steady automatic irrigation for field crops. Driven by electric motor, it automatically rewinds the PE water hose while the sprinkler cart travels across the field for uniform water spraying.

Adaptable for wheat, corn, vegetables, fruit trees; works well on slopes, sandy land and irregular fields

Single-point resistive touch control panel with multiple irrigation modes, easy parameter setup

650m long PE hose with 360° full rotation and adjustable sprinkler nozzles

Modular load-bearing chassis with anti-slip tires and independent hydraulic station for self-leveling
