The technical upgrade of the M505 agricultural drum forage crushing blower drum crusher

With the large-scale and intensive development of China's animal husbandry, farmers' demands for the efficiency, silk kneading quality and adaptability of forage processing equipment have been continuously increasing. The upgraded product of the Drum Bale Processors-M505is officially released. 

At present, farmers raising livestock are confronted with three core problems in the process of crushing and shredding forage: First, the processing efficiency of traditional equipment is low. The second issue is the unstable quality of the silk kneading. The third issue is that the equipment has poor adaptability to complex forage conditions. 

This upgrade of the Drum Bale Processors-M505 has seen a comprehensive upgrade in core components in terms of equipment durability. The shredding knives are made of stainless steel, which is sturdy and durable, and are suitable for dry forage. 

This machine can control the output by adjusting the rotational speed of the drum. The drive of the rotor is directly connected to the self-pulling machine, ensuring high transmission efficiency. Equipped with a 13-120mm screen, the discharge length is strictly controlled. A new discharge port has been added to facilitate direction control.

The inclined widened feeding hopper drum has been extended to 1800mm on the original basis, capable of crushing round bales of grass up to 1500mm and square bales up to 1200mm, making it more versatile.
