Representatives from over 120 countries gathered to discuss the development of the industry and released the "2030 Irrigation Technology White Paper", with "intelligent water conservation and green collaboration" at its core, clarifying the path for industry breakthroughs and key points for product upgrades. In response to this, Gengze has made a plan for the technological upgrade of the sprinkler irrigation machine

Intelligent module integration: Leading enterprises focus on "precise control + data interconnection". The sprinkler irrigation machine is equipped with a GPS positioning system, with a walking error of no more than 5 centimeters. Add rainwater sensors, meteorological sensors and soil sensors to detect various conditions required for planting; The Internet of Things (iot) intelligent management enables real-time monitoring and control of the irrigation intensity of the sprinkler irrigation machine, and it can be remotely operated.

Green materials and energy efficiency optimization: Developing anti-corrosion and long-life materials, such as nano-coatings, have extended the lifespan of equipment in saline-alkali land from 1.5 years to 8 years. The efficiency of photovoltaic panels has been increased to 25%, and the sprinkler irrigation machine is integrated with the energy storage system to reduce energy dependence.

Scenario-based customized design: Develop segmented products based on the needs of different regions. The water and fertilizer integrated machine has an inlet pressure as low as 0.2MPa, making it suitable for hilly areas. In areas with irrigation dead zones, ground corner arms are adopted. GPS technology is utilized to operate and control them. When the machine reaches the dead zone, the ground corner arm expands to carry out sprinkler irrigation operations on the dead zone. After the irrigation is completed, the ground corner arm retract, and the main span of the sprinkler machine operates normally for irrigation.
