The Round Bale Straw Crusher is an economical, practical agricultural tool for small-to-medium farms, ranches, and forage sites. Its streamlined structure—with a heavy-duty welded steel frame, thickened cylindrical crushing tub, and simple transmission—enables easy assembly, transport, operation, and maintenance, even for less technical users.
Key parts (crushing tub, rotor blades) are made of high-strength manganese steel, resisting wear/impact. It handles hard, compact round bales (up to 1.2m diameter) under harsh outdoor conditions without deformation.
Ideal for dry straw (moisture ≤15%, e.g., wheat/rice straw, sun-cured hay) to make 2-5cm uniform particles (good for livestock digestion/storage). Not for silage (30-60% moisture, sticky texture clogs tub/blades, causing corrosion or drive damage).
Output is adjusted via a hydraulic valve controlling tub speed: slower for fine particles (poultry/small ruminants), faster for high throughput (cattle feeding/bedding).
Powered by tractor PTO (rotor with 4-6 replaceable blades) – no independent engine, cutting weight/fuel/maintenance. The tub uses a high-torque hydraulic motor for steady rotation. It fits 50+ HP tractors, with quick setup.
